The windows are tinted, that is the only "modification" done to the vehicle.

Note: For out-of-state buyers, Pennsylvania does offer a temporary 60 day in-transit tags/registration. A drivers license and proof of insurance are necessary to be issued. They are issued in-house at Bay 22 and the cost is $99.
