This M240i was first leased from BMW of Devon by the first owner and serviced regularly there. BMW of Devon then sold the car to the second owner who had it from 2020 until 2022 when it was traded in at Porsche Conshohocken where the third owner purchased it.
The car has been regularly serviced throughout its life. The brake fluid was changed, engine and cabin filters replaced, ignition coils and spark plugs replaced at the 20k service, differential fluid flush and engine oil/filter was just changed at 39k miles by BMW of Lancaster. The catalytic converter was replaced under warranty by BMW of Lancaster at 37k miles and they also replaced the battery, air intake elbow and the full turbocharger unit due to the catalytic converter being seized to it. New tires were installed 500 miles ago.
A paint correction and ceramic coating was applied in 2022 by Urban Werks of Lancaster.
The sales includes service records, 2 full keys, books and original window sticker. A set of winter wheels and tires can be purchased additionally if needed.
This vehicle is sold “as-is” with no warranty, written or implied. In some cases, the vehicle does have the remaining factory warranty still in place and will be described above if that is the case.

Note: For out-of-state buyers, Pennsylvania does offer a temporary 60 day in-transit tags/registration. A drivers license and proof of insurance are necessary to be issued. They are issued in-house at Bay 22 and the cost is $99.
