Maintenance records date back to 2007 and included numerous oil changes, brake fluid changes, filters, coolant pipes welded, new alternator, new clutch kit, new Michelin tires in 2025, spark plugs and 997 ignition coil upgrade and more.
Some VERY high quality modifications have been done to make the car even better than factory. They include; OEM 996.2 GT3 RS rear wing and shims, OEM GT3 RS front bumper with air ducts, MA Carbon side mirror caps, RSS rollbar, OEM 996 GT3 euro seats with brackets, Sharkwerks fire extinguisher and mount, OEM euro side mirrors and OEM side markers. A Europipe exhaust system was installed in 2009 and is now discontinued.
Never tracked, very low DME overrevs, fully documented since new. A folder containing the original window sticker, all service receipts and 3 keys included.

Note: For out-of-state buyers, Pennsylvania does offer a temporary 60 day in-transit tags/registration. A drivers license and proof of insurance are necessary to be issued. They are issued in-house at Bay 22 and the cost is $99.
