A few tasteful modifications were done to this 911 as well; including Bilstein B8 shocks and struts paired with Eibach lowering springs, Soul Performance high-flow cats and headers, Apex EC-7RS wheels in bronze, Aluminum shift knob, Stoptech big brake kit front and rear, 997 GT3 shifter with new shift knob and an Alcantara wrapped OEM steering wheel.
This 996.2 has been highly maintained with a handful of service receipts included with the sale. Highlights of the work done:
-Engine out service in August of 2023 including IMS Solution by LN Engineering with oil feed and spin-on oil filter
-Compression test and bore scope test done during engine out service, both good without issue

The car was owned by the same family since 2006 with the son selling the car to his dad and then it went back to the son before getting traded in. It was cared for all throughout it's ownership with an open checkbook for the last 20 years. It rides and drives like a car with 1/4 the mileage.
The paint is in nice shape but not PERFECT. There are a few touched up knicks/scratches and a small outward ding on the hood. The paint was buffed/corrected and a ceramic coating applied. I would rate the paint an 8.5/10 and I am pretty picky. The interior is in amazing shape.

Note: For out-of-state buyers, Pennsylvania does offer a temporary 60 day in-transit tags/registration. A drivers license and proof of insurance are necessary to be issued. They are issued in-house at Bay 22 and the cost is $99.
